ABARONIN

Independent software engineering · Hungary

Complex software, built with the right tools.

I am László Abari-Tóth. I design and build complete solutions – web, mobile, desktop, cloud or embedded – and I choose the technology that fits your problem, not the one I happen to sell. Nearly 30 years of engineering across all of these platforms stands behind every decision.

Services

What I build for you

From a focused tool for your team to a product your customers use every day – designed, built and maintained by one accountable engineer.

Web applications

Customer portals, booking and membership systems, internal tools and dashboards – fast, secure and easy to maintain.

Mobile apps

Progressive web apps that install from the browser, work offline and run on both Android and iPhone from a single codebase.

Backend and integrations

APIs, databases, authentication and connections to the systems you already use, built so your data stays consistent and secure.

Rescue and modernization

Taking over an existing application, fixing what is broken, and bringing its code, performance and security up to date.

Why Abaronin

A full-stack developer with an engineer’s depth

Before building web and mobile products, I spent decades on industrial control systems, computer vision and research software – systems where failure is not an option. That discipline comes with every project.

One accountable engineer

You talk to the person who designs and writes the code. Nothing gets lost between a salesperson, a project manager and a developer.

Built to be handed over

Clean, documented code and a clear handover, so your product never depends on a single person’s memory.

Reliability by default

Testing, security and performance are part of the build from day one – not an extra at the end.

Plain-language communication

Teaching has trained me to explain technical decisions without jargon, so you can weigh the pros and cons and choose with confidence.

Own product

Digital membership card for associations and clubs

An offline-first mobile web app with QR-code verification and member news. First deployed for the Zemplén Fanatik association in March 2026 – and ready to be set up for your organization.

“Our partner in developing the app was AbaRonin, who supported us throughout in turning the idea into a practical, well-functioning solution.”

How it works

From idea to launch in four steps

A predictable process with no surprises – you always know what is being built, when, and at what cost.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A short, free conversation about your goals, your users, your budget and your timeline.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

A clear scope, milestones and cost, so you can decide with all the facts in hand.

  3. 03

    Build in iterations

You see working versions regularly and give feedback while changes are still cheap.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

Deployment, handover and – if you need it – ongoing maintenance and development.

For engineering teams

Senior engineering support, on demand

Beyond full-stack projects, I support companies with deep experience in C++, .NET, embedded systems and computer vision.

Technical assessment

When you need clarity

An independent review of your architecture, codebase or delivery pipeline, with prioritized risks and concrete recommendations.

Hands-on delivery

When you need it built

A well-defined module, integration or proof of concept, delivered documented and tested.

Technical leadership

When your team needs a senior

Leading or mentoring a small team, setting engineering standards and keeping a complex project on course.

Questions

Questions people ask before we start

Short answers to what usually comes up in the first conversation.

What kind of software do you build?

Web applications, mobile apps that install straight from the browser (progressive web apps), backends and integrations, and the rescue and modernization of existing applications. Web, mobile, desktop, cloud or embedded – I choose the technology that fits your problem.

Who will I actually work with?

With me. I design and write the code myself, so nothing is lost between a salesperson, a project manager and a developer.

How does a project start?

With a short, free discovery call about your goals, your users, your budget and your timeline. You then get a written proposal with a clear scope, milestones and cost, so you can decide with all the facts in hand.

Can you take over an application somebody else built?

Yes. Taking over an existing application, fixing what is broken and bringing its code, performance and security up to date is a regular part of my work.

Do you work with in-house engineering teams?

Yes. An independent assessment of your architecture, codebase or delivery pipeline; a well-defined module, integration or proof of concept delivered documented and tested; or technical leadership and mentoring for a small team.

Which technologies do you use?

For web and mobile: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase and progressive web apps. Beyond that C# / .NET, C++, Python, computer vision with OpenCV, Docker and Azure DevOps.

What happens after launch?

Deployment, handover and – if you need it – ongoing maintenance and development. The code is documented and handed over, so your product never depends on a single person’s memory.

Where are you based?

In Szentendre, Hungary. I work in Hungarian and in English.

Have an app idea, or a system that has to work?

Tell me briefly what you want to build or what is holding you back. Every enquiry gets a personal reply.
