Teaching

Teaching software development – from real practice

Alongside client work, I teach software development at a technical school in Hungary, and networking as a certified Cisco Networking Academy CCNA instructor. I teach what I use every day: real tools, real projects.

What I teach

From the first program to the final exam project

The subjects build on each other – from algorithmic thinking to tested, production-style applications.

  • Programming fundamentals

Algorithmic thinking with Flowgorithm, followed by programming in Python.

How I teach

The way professionals work

Hands-on

We write code in every lesson. Theory comes when it is needed.

Project-based

Students build complete, working applications – not just isolated exercises.

Exam-ready

Proven solution patterns that help students solve exam tasks with confidence.

Industry experience

Nearly 30 years of professional development behind every lesson.

For students

Teaching materials, free to use

The materials I use in class are published openly. They are written in Hungarian, for Hungarian vocational exams.

  • Code panels (Kódpanelek)

Ready-to-paste code skeletons for exam tasks: 21 panels for C# and 17 for front-end. Each one states how to recognise that it is the one you need, what to replace in it, and where students usually go wrong.

    • C# / .NET
    • JavaScript
    • Exam preparation
